Refund Policy

Used Parts

​

• Return Window: You may return most used auto parts for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

• No Returns After 30 Days: Returns will not be accepted for any reason after 30 days from delivery. No exceptions.

• Eligibility for Full Refund:

  • The part must be returned in the exact same condition as received (no new scratches, dents, cracks, missing pieces, electrical damage, water exposure, attempted installation damage, etc.).

  • The part must be unused and uninstalled (test-fitting is permitted, but any signs of installation, cutting wires, breaking tabs, etc. will void the return).

• Buyer Responsibilities:

  • Buyer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong part, grossly misrepresented, etc.). In those cases we provide a prepaid return label.

  • The buyer is fully responsible for packing the item securely. Damage during return shipping due to inadequate packaging is the buyer’s responsibility and may result in deductions or denial of refund.

• Condition Issues & Deductions: If the returned item arrives damaged or altered (and the damage did not occur during shipping to you), we reserve the right to deduct repair/restocking fees, replacement cost, or deny the refund entirely.

• Refund Process: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (minus any deductions) within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Custom Builds

All custom headlight builds are made-to-order and non-cancellable / non-refundable once production has started.

Deposit Requirement: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of order. This deposit secures your build slot and covers initial materials/design work. The remaining balance is due before the items ship.

• If you cancel before we begin production and no custom materials have been ordered/cut, we may (at our discretion) refund the amount above the 30% deposit.

• Once production begins or custom materials are ordered, the entire payment (including the 30% deposit) becomes non-refundable.

These builds are covered by the following Warranty:

Warranty Coverage

• 6 months on labor/workmanship — covers leaks, parts coming loose, delamination, condensation issues, etc.

• 2 years on the headlight projectors themselves (manufacturer-backed).

 

Third-Party Components (Halos, LED Strips, Bulbs, etc.): Many of the accent lights, halos, demon eyes, LED strips, switchback boards, and bulbs used in our builds are high-quality third-party components. These items carry their respective manufacturer’s warranty only and are covered under our 6-month but NOT 2-year warranty. Warranty length and terms vary by brand and product (typically 1–3 years from the original component manufacturer). In the event of a failure, we are happy to assist with diagnosis and filing a claim with the component manufacturer, but any replacement or repair of those specific parts will be handled directly through the component manufacturer’s warranty process (we can provide any necessary purchase documentation).

Warranty Claim Process

1. Contact us with photos/videos and a description of the issue.

2. We will help diagnose remotely.

3. If we determine it is a warrantable hardware/manufacturing defect:

   • We provide a prepaid return shipping label (you pay nothing to send them back).

   • We repair or rebuild the headlights at our expense.

   • We ship the repaired or replaced unit back to you free of charge (both ways covered by us).

4. If the issue is due to misuse, accident, improper installation, water submersion, voltage spike, etc., the warranty is void and any shipping/repair costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

 

We stand behind every custom build — if something fails because of our materials or workmanship within the warranty periods, we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
