Terms & Conditions

By placing an order or browsing this website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General

  • All sales are final except as specifically outlined in our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refund Policy, and Warranty sections.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion for any reason (suspected fraud, abusive behavior, violation of these terms, etc.).

  • Prices, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice.

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order.

  • Your use of this website and placement of orders is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available here: [link to Privacy Policy].

 

2. Product Representation

  • Used auto parts are sold as-is and described to the best of our ability. Photos are of the actual item you will receive whenever possible. Normal wear, minor blemishes, and age-related imperfections are to be expected with used parts and do not constitute a defect.

  • Custom headlight builds are handmade. Slight cosmetic variations (color shade, halo centering within 2–3 mm, minor lens imperfections, etc.) are normal in custom work and are not considered defects.

 

3. Custom Headlight Builds – Off-Road / Show Use Only

  • Custom headlight builds are intended for off-road, show, or competition use only. They may not conform to Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS 108) and are not DOT/SAE approved for street use in the United States or any other jurisdiction.

  • It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to verify and comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding vehicle lighting. We assume no liability for fines, tickets, vehicle impoundment, failed inspections, or any other legal consequences resulting from the use of our custom headlights on public roads.

 

4. Payment & Deposits

  • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required on all custom headlight orders. This deposit is forfeited if the order is cancelled after production begins or materials are purchased.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other methods displayed at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

 

5. Order Cancellation

  • Stock/used parts: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they ship.

  • Custom headlight builds: Orders are non-cancellable once production begins. See the Returns & Refund Policy for full details.

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

  • Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

 

7. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

  • All return, refund, and warranty terms are governed exclusively by our separate Returns & Refund Policy. No additional return rights exist outside of that policy.

 

8. Installation & Use

  • Many of our products (especially custom headlights and electrical parts) require professional installation. You assume all responsibility and liability for proper installation and use.

  • Improper installation, over-voltage, water submersion, physical abuse, or modification will void any warranty.

 

9. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, pandemics, supply-chain shortages, strikes, or carrier delays.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to vehicle downtime, towing, labor charges, rental cars, or personal injury.

 

11. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your installation, use, misuse, or resale of our products.

 

12. Intellectual Property

  • All custom headlight designs, photos, videos, and content on this site are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, replicate, or sell replicas of our custom work without written permission.

 

13. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, U.S.A., without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fayette County, KY.

 

14. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version posted on the website at the time you place your order applies to that order.
